We have an extensive range of premium certified organic fruit & vegetables. You have the option to choose either 100% certified organic or a mix of both with our regular premium products.

You have access to a customer portal where you have the ability to review your past orders, modify future orders, change your delivery details as well as update your credit card information.

When you sign up as a customer you will be asked to create a password which will be your unique login to the Community Organics portal.

Customer satisfaction at Community Organics is at the centre of who we are. If you have any issues with delivery or the produce delivered to you please contact us through your customer portal or via info@communityorganics.com.au along with your order number and we will get in touch with you to resolve the issue.

If you are completely unsatisfied with the product we will offer either a full refund or new fresh delivery once we understand your issue.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
– where part of the seasonal box was defective or of poor quality
– Any item not in its original condition
– Any item that has a return request raised more than 7 days after delivery

If you need to change your order or delivery you have up until 3pm the day prior to modify your order. You can add or remove items for your order up until that time. Your credit card will be charged at approximately 5pm AEST for your order.
